A powerful piece of data that will help you rock 2016
I came across a great article on Inc. this morning by Jeff Haden. I absolutely had to share it with you.
In his article, Jeff talks about the science between saying "I can't" versus "I won't." The research is pretty telling on why you should do one over the other.
In short, "I can't" is a choice and choices are negotiable. "I won't" is a value, a belief, and a conviction - and people are not as tempted to negotiate with you on those. Hmm...
There is a great (and slightly silly) research study on the performance outcomes between those who say I don't, versus those who say I can't. I don't want to be a spoiler, so either watch my video for the short version or check out Jeff's full article below.
